Box Tops for Education

Instructions:

Box Tops Coordinator for 2011-2012 School Year: Brenda Sottile brendasottile@aol.com

Please collect box tops from this list of products: http://www.boxtops4education.com/AllAboutBoxTops/products.aspx.
Cut out the entire box top. Please do not cut off the date.
Tape or glue each box top to a collector's sheet. Click on a link below.

(We are also happy to accept Box Tops in Ziploc Bags, just make sure your child's name and teacher are on the bag for treat.)
Fill out student information portion.
Return the sheets to school or turn them in the PTA mailbox.
A token of appreciation will be awarded for your help. Thanks!

The school earns 10 cents for each box top you return.

If each child turns in two or more completed forms (10-20 boxtops per sheet,) our school will reach it's goal of $2,000.

Remember to shop online at your favorite stores through the Box Tops Marketplace as Addison earns cash for every qualifying purchase.
